Return policy


Our main interest is that you are completely satisfied with the product you ordered.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return, change or a refund please follow these guidelines.
All returns or exchanges must be made within the first 30 days of receiving your order.

General terms and conditions for changes and returns
 
• If you received a product that is not detailed on your order, send an email the address mentioned above, so we can process your claim, you must fill out the aforementioned form.
• Exchanges must be made for items of equal or lesser value. If the value of the exchange for an item of lesser value generates you a credit to your account for the difference.
• If the item that you want to exchange is out of stock, you will be contacted by email. However, if there is no response within five (5)  working days, the exchange will be processed as a return.
•  All returned items must be in perfect cosmetic condition.
•  We do not accept items washed, worn, used, and without the original labels that receive the product, they must be in perfect condition. If an item that is returned does not meet the above conditions, it will be     rejected and returned to the customer at his or her expense.
•  The shipping costs of a return or exchange are paid for by the customer.
•  If the return or exchange is for factory defective products, HappyHill will pay for the shipping and handling.

 

General conditions for defective products.

           

 In order to process your claim it should be clearly indicated the following aspects:

• Items that are defective
• The reason why it is claimed defective
• The order number
• Name
• Email address

Garment care as shown in the label must be followed as per indicated, if it is detected negligence the claim will be automatically rejected.
If the defect is accepted, or we confirm the order was delivered with the wrong product, we will contact you by email in the next 5 business days.
The refund will be processed or the defective product replaced within 7 business days.
In this case, HappyHill will cover the shipping and handling of the product.
 
Exchanges, returns or claims that do not meet the information detailed above will not be processed. If the return, exchange or claim dont comply with the above requirements, the claim is denied, and the product is returned at customer expense.


Delivery Policy

1. GENERAL INFORMATION 
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

2. DELIVERY LOCATION 
We deliver to the Continental US only. 

3. DELIVERY TIME 
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-7 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. 

4. SHIPPING COSTS 
Shipping costs are flat rate 9.99 UPS 3 day Shipping.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped. There is no sales tax charged to United States customers.
